Astral Travelling: the Manual to Come / Diving into the Secrets of Consciousness A Training Manual to help you navigate dimensions

This book is the complete course I have been teaching for astral travelling back on 2020 to 2023. My technique has been and still is different from what you may have been taught to become able to have out-of-body experiences. I can say that there are few differences that I will try to talk about, so that the reader can tap into the philosophy of this manual. I felt  a true guidance to create a program at that time to teach astral projection using my own methodology and without using any of the current classical techniques, since those very well known from The Monroe Institute, which is a pioneer in this field of consciousness’ exploration.

Originally, I have been spiritually guided to create my own training program for a client who asked me to help and guide her, and it is different from all that you may have known before with others, for many reasons I will explain this later, in this introduction.The course actually contained a spiritual guidance in four levels. Each level was accompanied with healing sessions. Each level had a healing session before we used to meet during a video chat.

During the chats, my clients used to receive healing too, and it was interesting to notice how the Crystalline Light of Grace worked by itself, and they could feel it flowing through them and helping them so clearly to understand  their own experiences, and integrate the meaning and the potentials of this course. The healing sessions lasted from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the information that cames through, always from higher vibrational dimensions, to where the Crystalline Light of Grace would send the person.

During those sessions, each person would experience, witness and receive the energy allowing them to astral travel during and after each session. It enhanced the abilities of some people to have true out-of-body experiences, as it was also meant to make them vibrate at a higher level. Some of them became artists and some others tried healing in other areas of the healing board, some just remained unconscious of their experiences during their sleep times. During the video chat with me, we discussed topics around astral projection and travels at many levels, and in  their most profound layers. Regarding the book that I released back on 2022, Travelling Parallel Worlds The Hidden reality beyond the Physical Dimension, I have been giving so much information about the astral world and how we can navigate easily only using our connection to consciousness.

This book contains few of the amazing experiences I had, and which have strengthened my knowledge about astral projection and travel, as a spiritual self healing process, and my abilities to be conscious and awake during these travels.

I have been and still am doing a lot of inner work to be focused and aware of the way I used to leave my physical body, and where I had to go. I always came back with new information in the type of light or energy from the places I visited. Those frequencies gave me access to information about other worlds and realms the human brain would never reach. My program, thus, was different:

This program was not general, it was only a view or an idea of what it could be, because I understood and knew that each person has specific needs to be guided. So with each person I was guided to add some topics and techniques that would allow her to become a good astral traveller. The information I got from each person is for most of it during the first healing session that would allow me to evaluate the level of experience the person has and what she needs to be a good astral traveller.

I remember during many astral projections, I travelled to a place meeting many astral travelers like me and understood that it was the place we used to gather. It was a kind of a a meeting place, a coffee shop with a hostel where we could spend the night exchanging about our experiences in the astral planes and what we needed to overcome, to improve, and which type of experiences each one of us had, including the beings that were part of the journeys we had. I still remember their type, gender and had a picture of their physical entity. I also knew if they were from a dimension of the Earth, or from another planet. The language we used to speak was intuitive based on telepathic communication. I also remember so well the joyfull atmosphere we were in. 

I began wondering if we were in reality connected to other beings and places of a higher vibration, another frequency of light and information. Light and information mean another type of knowledge that humanity have barely access to, or not for many of the human beings on Earth. Humans have normally access to a knowledge from their own creation while having a low terrestrial experience of life.

The astral life is more wide, infinite giving access to another knowledge that can be considered as hallucinations from the scientific point of view. Hard Sciences tempt to ignoring all that is not material and experienced in the physical dimension. We know now from the quantum physics’ view  point  (including the string theory) that reality is first energetic ( made of light and vibrating waves). That energy is the source of physical reality, not the way around. We cannot have access to energy if we carry on ignoring it as firstly what we are made of. This ignorance has been spreading all over the scientific researches because of our preference for the material world. And so, I understood that Healing energy connects us back to non-physical worlds, and that energy healing sessions were the ABCs of accessing those non-physical realities.

When I activate the healing crystalline frequencies, I have access to parallel worlds instantly. The spectrum of energy I work with and hold is very powerful because it connects both the healer and the client to parallel realms, and directly to a powerful field of light filled with information.

The more the persons received this energy in their vessel and the more they could access their parallel lives, akashic records and their true identity as souls.

I must say that levels of spiritual growth do exist, thus everyone would have access to their soul’s memories and personal healing at a different way and in an individual level. The energy is powerful, and when a person gives herself  the opportunity to be fully conscious and focused during the healing sessions, her level of awareness and awakening would for sure take a new direction.

In this and as it is a soul journey in itself, healing isn’t an equal process because everyone has its own challenges to experience and learn from, while being in a human physical vessel.

Astral explorations is a way to find our place in the current awakening journey we are all in now, to find answers to our most profound questions about ourselves and what we came here to do.

This material is also a way to do this by yourself, and to dig deeper into your spiritual growth. We have to remember that astral Travelling has only one purpose : to experience the spiritual being we are while incarnating in a human physical body.

Astral travelling is also not mainly related to our current world and history. It is something that did and do exist in many ancient populations and civilizations including the Shamanic traditions all over the world, ancient priests in ancient temples and so it always has been part of the spiritual awakening of humans.

Dissociating from the physical with ease and confidence momently, opens us to who we are at a soul level. We can move from a plane to another, visit different worlds and dimensions of planet earth and other planets, see ourselves living in other planets or other dimensions of the earth. Much more, we begin with time to be acquainted to traveling in gateways in the wide quantum field.. This is the type of very interesting and powerful experiences one can have, observing oneself during these travels in 360 degrees…

I personally had access to many of my parallel lives since 2013. Each experience was enhancing my own current one in this world where you and I are incarnating in full consciousness. It means that we have one dimension or world where our consciousness is more aware of itself than in the other worlds and dimensions because we have made the choice to work deeper in that space-time than in another. I have seen other lives where I was in another stage of my current life. The stages can include time and space, where we can be in another timeline and space line. This is shown to us for guidance and teaching, to help us in decision making and spiritual growth. In reality, we can notice the relativity of space and time and how they do not exist in reality when we are astral travelling.

This Training Manual will not automatically be experienced the same way by each person. It is developed by me and directly with the seekers who came to me for help and guidance.

I deeply believe that we are not all equal in terms of how we can, and are able to have an astral projection. Some may learn very quickly, and some others not. The spiritual consciousness is deeply involved in this process as much as the ego consciousness.

During each chat, took place a healing session, as I am a natural channel who is able to heal spontaneously without using my hands. This is given to me to help more those who came to me.

The purpose of each session (Healing and the Chat sessions) was to help the persons energetically to become more able to have astral projections and travels consciously, and to understand your own experiences, as each experience holds information about your spiritual growth. This is what made my program unique and special.

In this book you will find information and insights to help you at a soul level. It is made of chapters that hold each one of them tips and techniques to become able to astral travel. Nevertheless, there is no energy healing within the manual, only an advanced version of the course that I have taught to my clients.

I hope you will find what your soul aims for to become a better version spiritually and in your human condition. Remember that astral travelling is a detachment from your physical body and reality, but it is also a tool to help you learn how to ground yourself in the physical plane not to escape it. The teachings that you receive from this book and during your own experiences are always related to your physical existence while you are witnessing them on a non physical dimension.
